These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the Emerald OS Founding 20 programme. By submitting an application or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Emerald OS is an operating system for intelligence-powered schools, built initially around the needs and workflows of CBSE institutions. The platform is under active development with a limited founding cohort, and features described on this website represent our development direction.

• Submitting an application expresses interest; it does not guarantee a seat in the cohort.
• Cohort seats are offered at our discretion based on fit, readiness and order of application.
• "20 founding seats" refers to the planned size of the first intake; we may slow or close applications as seats are filled.
• Pilot participation involves no programme fee unless separately agreed in a written contract with your institution.
• You confirm you are authorised to represent your institution when applying on its behalf.

Where offered, founding-cohort pricing applies to the institution named in the acceptance agreement, for as long as that institution maintains an active subscription, and cannot be transferred to another institution.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information about an institution.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website.
• Copy site content, designs or materials without written permission.
• Use our contact channels for spam or unlawful communication.

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, the Emerald OS name and logo — belongs to Emerald OS or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a product in active development, features, timelines and availability may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding commitment to deliver any specific feature by any specific date; binding commitments are made only in written contracts signed with an institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerald OS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to this website is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, for this site, is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business have exclusive authority over any disputes arising from these terms.
